During my business administration studies at the University of Leipzig, I discovered my passion for HR work. During this time, I worked as a student trainee in the HR department at Hypobank Munich, where I first encountered operational HR topics. From that moment, I knew: I wanted to be an HR professional, with all my heart and mind! After several years as an HR manager at IKEA Germany, Porsche AG, and Deutsche Bahn, I was drawn to self-employment. I wanted to share my knowledge and experience, to support others, sometimes acting as a firefighter, and other times as a rock in the storm. Each project and each mandate is unique and special. I love the variety in my job and want to continue making an impact.

After completing my business administration studies with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Halle-Wittenberg, I have been with move since 2009. Since then, I have accompanied small and large – but always exciting – projects with our clients; sometimes as a Senior Recruiter, sometimes as a Project Manager, and sometimes as an Interim Recruiter in Talent Management. I am passionate about being on-site with clients. I especially love wearing safety shoes during a plant tour, as it helps me understand the hiring manager’s requirements and challenges, whether the Shift Leader is looking for a new Expert Operator or the Engineering Manager wants to bring another Process Engineer on board. This knowledge and these impressions are important to me. On one hand, I can pass this on to people seeking new professional challenges, and use it in my daily "pearl diving" and "stone flipping" to find the right talent. With passion, I serve as the interface between the client and the future employee, whether in a Greenfield project or Direct Search. I love the variety!
